[Sold Out] Ghosts Batch 2 Pre-Order is Open — Batch 1 Sold Out

Arrived today in the UK, what a stunning pedal! Have the Polyend Play sending clock and midi notes and it responds beautifully. Very thoughtfully one light tells you the clock speed and the other the midi notes in. This is going to the next live outing  Well done team Kinotone!

How exciting! I know it’s probably the last thing on your minds, but please don’t hesitate to share any clips if y’all feel like it!

Wow, that’s one nice pedalboard corner here ) Lost&Found, Ribbons, Sparks, Ghosts, Laps!..)

Thank you  question is now, which seems most practical, this is the order i have now

Laps - Lost + Found- sparks - ghosts - ribbons?

I am a big fan of reordable loop switchers, I use Morningstar ML10X in my setup, and this question never really bothers me, as I can have any order at a press of a button )

Four of Ghosts? Is this legal?))))

ML10X, of course – I replied to your post  But having at least another one resonator for those who play keyboards too would be a good idea, highly recommend.

Well… Having four ML-10X on my scale is almost illegal as well ))

Just kidding and pure white envy :joy:

I have one, and I thought my routing was way too complicated. Now I know I was wrong )

Arrived today! Didn’t have time to record a clip yet but I played around for a bit before making dinner for the fam (duty calls).
Amazing!
Strings with and without Terrazo sounds great; I was afraid only a few chord voicing would sound natural pleasing but that’s not the case for what I was doing.
Tried a bit of endless loop and rhythm and Shepard (the latter I couldn’t discern much but just had a few minutes).
Super psyched about this.

first of all wow
what an amazing pedal, pictures, videos and sounds later
i have too little time to play with this

but a question
can the reverb be set to not be applied to the rhythm generator?
i see you can update if its pre or post resonator, but not seeing a reverb option
sorry i figured this out, turn counter clockwise on the reverb setting

I am so into it, i haven’t gotten to finish reading it yet

Yeah if you don’t want the reverb you can just turn it off by setting the REVERB control to noon.

For more context on the different routing possibilities, there are two “pre/post” controls: one for the reverb (on the white page) and one for the touch modes/rhythm generator (on the hidden layer).

The four variations (if using Ghosts as an audio effect) look like this:

Reverb Post & Touch Mode Pre
In → Touch Mode → Resonators → Reverb → Out
Typical use case: input audio and touch modes both hit the resonators and then get a classic spatial reverb at the end.

Reverb Post & Touch Mode Post
In → Resonators → Touch Mode → Reverb → Out
Typical use case: input audio hits the resonators, then the touch/rhythm processing, then reverb at the end.

Reverb Pre & Touch Mode Pre
In → Touch Mode → Reverb → Resonators → Out
Nice for smearing the touch modes before they excite the resonators.

Reverb Pre & Touch Mode Post
In → Reverb → Resonators → Touch Mode → Out
Nice for smearing the input audio before it hits the resonators, with no reverb applied to the touch modes themselves.

yup so cool you have all this built in already, i was looking for the second example, so happy it is here!

sometimes it’s painful watching tracking. we live in Mississippi. my wife ordered some glasses a few weeks back. they got to Memphis (3 hrs north) and then went to Seattle before coming to MS.
