I’ve had a Ribbons for a year now and it’s a super great pedal. First of all, thanks for that.
I made a mistake trying to erase a Loop: Push Button + Double tap on the Touch button. Whoops. Then it seemed to kind of “reboot” — I no longer have my settings, and whenever I try to go into “deep switch” (like when I want to add an EXP pedal etc.) I get a super loud white noise. But the pedal still works perfectly otherwise.
Do you know what happened?
Sorry if this has already been discussed — I speak English okay but I’m not fluent and maybe I didn’t have the right terminology to find this topic.
I think you probably just did a factory reset. If you are in the presets bank (maybe by accident), and do that exact button combo, then your unit will reboot and you will lose all of your settings.
I wouldn’t think that these things are related? We tried recreating this and weren’t able to.
