A quick feedback and questions after noodling a few sessions with my ribbons
- In looper mode, only the wet portion of the signal is recorded (per tape effect page 1 mixer). I would prefer to be able to record my dry/wet signal as I set it up. Could this be envisaged?
- Trickier one: I use a Yamaha seqtrak as a groovebox where I play and loop atop. The seqtrak gives midi clock to the ribbons. The setrack runs on battery and plays through FOH while I through a guitar amp. When I turn on the ribbons, there is a noise (fairly strong, much more than hiss) when the seqtrak is playing. I assume this is ground loops in the electrical power between FOH and ribbons, could it be anything else?
