Just got my Ribbon and I’m loving it. Sometimes I want to use this off my pedal board desktop style, but when I use my 9v 200ma wall wart supply (Fultone FPS-2) Ribbons doesn’t power up. Is that not enough milliamps and if not, what would you recommend?

In-theory your PSU should work because Ribbons draws 180mA during normal operation but some of the cheap lower amperage power supplies might not be able to handle the small amount of extra in-rush current Ribbons needs during power on.
If you’re in the US, I bet these would work. We use option #1 in the shop for generally powering things up:

Yes, I’m in the US. Minneapolis, MN actually - maybe you’ve heard of it? It’s home to many of the greatest pedal builders on earth.
It’s a pity I couldn’t use the adapter I have so I went with option 1.

another great option is this: myVolts USB-C PD Step Up Tip, 9V c-ve 2.1mm/2.5mm
most modern laptops, usb c hubs, and power banks will be able to power it no problem.
