Yeah I’m not sure, we haven’t used that device. I don’t think there is an issue with your Ribbons though.

Ribbons defaults to TRS MIDI Type A.

If you scroll towards the top of this thread, @SonicReducer shared some tips that might be helpful. If you can’t get it to work though you might be better off asking Pirate MIDI support.
