Kinotone Input Setting Question

Hi, I’ve owned a Ribbons for quite some time now and love it. I did the firmware update to 2.0 a while ago. I recently followed the online-manual instructions to change the “input mode” from the factory setting of “stereo-in-stereo out,” but when doing so, I noticed that when I try to switch to different settings, there’s only a red light that toggles between settings 1-4. So essentially I have no idea which input setting I’m on if I try to navigate through the pages. I could easily do a factory reset, but then I’ll lose my own presets.

Wondering if anyone has any trouble-shooting help for this, or if anyone has encountered the same problem. Thanks everyone.

EDIT: this is correct in the manual now here.

You can exit any of the bootup menus without saving a new setting by tapping Bypass.

Okay, thanks - but I’m still a bit confused. When I’m toggling between “stereo-in-out,” “mono-in-stereo-out,” and “mono-in-out” only the first two page leds are scrollable, and they’re both red. So I still have no idea which input setting I’m toggling through

Gotcha, ok, sorry about that. The note in the manual is wrong then and I’ll revise it. If there are only 2 LEDs then the options would be:

1st LED - stereo in / stereo out

2nd LED - mono in / stereo out

For a mono in / mono out setup the first option works by default.

We’re away from the shop for a couple days and don’t have a unit handy but I’m pretty sure is the answer and can circle back to verify soon.

Ahh ok, this makes perfect sense. Sounds good though, thank you so much!
