i was wondering if it would be possible to implement MIDI Out on the drum machine feature? (or if it already exists and im just missing it!)
really would love to use it trigger other drums when jamming <3

As far as I am aware, no, there’s no such option. In general, Ghosts has no MIDI Out interface, at least not a documented one )
However, the Ghosts’ built-in drum machine is very basic, with very limited control. I think of it as more of a nice “side-effect”, a practice tool, rather than a fully-featured drum machine.
Therefore, if you have other drum devices in your rig, I’d probably look at it the other way around, slaving the Ghosts’ tempo and drum kit to an external master.
Ghosts drum will respond to MTC, if this is important, so the drum machine will start with a MIDI Start command and stop accordingly. That’s what I’ve been playing with using the Roland J6 sequencer as the source of clock tempo and MTC commands, so that the drum starts when I start the pattern on the J6.
