Is there a CC message to jump directly to a certain page?

There is a CC to switch between looper tracks/pages but there is not a CC to switch between effect page settings.

Any plans to add this? I think that would make it even more accessible.. such a deep pedal

You can CC any control directly, you don’t need to switch to a particular page to change a setting.

The reason there is a MIDI CC for the looper track page is because you need to switch to a track to record into it.

I like to program a page on my mc8pro for each loop tracks + a fast access to the effects without having to switch the pages on the device manually

You don’t have to be on a page for the MIDI CCs to operate. Program your MC8Pro to do a message scroll through several CC states you might want to use for performance, or a toggle between two difference CCs. Many use case scenarios.

I would Like to trigger via midi to open select the page with the reverb and then being able to manually change values on the knobs. When I tap a different Morningstar button I want to be on page 1 for example to dial in quickly the lowcut for example

We can keep it in mind if it’s something that becomes commonly requested.

Since you’re manually twisting the knobs though, just tap the button to get to the red page. I don’t think that requires much extra effort. Or program specific HP / LP values with your controller.

could see it as useful speed-wise given the need to hold and click etc. if you’re knob twiddling. im generally trying to use with guitar + feet though so it’s midi + expression.

sounds like i’ve setup something similar in terms of fx for looper tracks and im getting around this by setting up presets for toggling/cycling fx params and mappings specific settings to expression pedals.
